Rio!!

Its Friday evening now (Good friday) and we've been in Rio since Sunday evening.
We've packed a fair bit in already - did a favela tour (which was really interesting), visited the Botanic Gardens, went up to the Christ the Redeemer statue and spent lots of time strolling along Copacabana beach and lying in the sun on Ipanema beach.
With it being Easter today the beaches are much busier and the roads alongside the beaches have been closed to traffic which means there's thousands of people walking, cycling, skateboarding along the road enjoying the Easter holiday atmosphere.
We're loving our time here.
